Tecumseh Vista is considered to be a lead school in school designs. It is an accessible school with plenty of green space for growth. The decision to build an artificial turf football field, a first-class gym facility, and design areas for students to assemble and learn in common areas, are but a few of the features that make the school unique. The school reflects the needs of its community and the learning that needs to foster for years to come.
This Project was completed in two phases, the first being the 148,000 sq ft construction of the main facility, the second being a 400,000 sq ft additional wing of classrooms. The roof system is a Carlisle Syntec, mechanically fastened 80mil TPO roof system.
SCOPE OF WORK:
Supply and install tapered polyisocyanurate crickets as per roof plan.
Fabricate and install 24 Ga. pre-painted metal cap flashings.
Roofed in watertight (12) roof top units, (3) roof hatches, (20) exhaust fans, (21) pipe flashings, (16) scuppers, (23) fall arrest anchors and (1) louvered penthouse.
-Supply and install Carlisle Syntec TPO walkway in designated areas as per roof plan.
-Supply and install (82) 4” Ancon roof drains at roof level.
WORK BY OTHERS:
1- Supplying and installing of roof hatches.
2- Supplying and installing of siding and cement composite panels.
3- Supplying and installing of acoustic deck insulation.
4- Supplying and installing of all roof curbs and pipe flashings.
5- Supplying and installing of any necessary woodwork.
6- Supplying and installing of fall arrest anchors.
