Founded in 1977 by Michael Rauth Sr. in Windsor-Essex County, Rauth Roofing Limited has grown from humble beginnings into one of Southwestern Ontario’s most trusted I.C.I. roofing contractors. Caesars Windsor - North Block
Rauth Roofing completed a multi-system roofing installation at the Caesars Windsor North Block, addressing the building’s canopies, porticos, perimeter structures, and main roof sections. Tremco KEE PVC membrane was installed on all canopies, porticos, and peripheral roof structures, while the TRA membrane system was applied to the main North Block roof areas. AlphaGuard fluid-applied roofing products were used for system tie-ins and transitions to ensure continuous waterproofing across the complex roof layout. All roofing assemblies were installed to meet Factory Mutual (FM) performance standards, delivering a durable, high-performance roofing system suited to the demands of a major hospitality facility.
Catholic Central High School
Rauth Roofing completed the roofing installation for the new construction of Catholic Central High School for the Windsor-Essex Catholic District School Board. The project featured the installation of Tremco TPO roofing systems using TremPly membranes, providing a durable, energy-efficient roofing solution designed for long-term performance in an institutional environment. The system was installed to meet manufacturer specifications and the demanding performance requirements of a modern educational facility. The completed roof assembly delivers reliable waterproofing and long-term protection for one of Windsor’s newest secondary school campuses.
Can Art Plant #2 & Erie Architectural Addition
Rauth Roofing completed roofing installations for both Can Art Plant #2 and the Erie Architectural Addition, delivering durable roofing systems designed for the demands of modern industrial facilities. Both projects featured the installation of Carlisle Sure-Weld TPO membrane systems, providing a high-performance, energy-efficient roofing solution with excellent long-term durability. At Can Art Plant #2, Rauth Roofing was responsible for both the roofing system installation and sheet metal siding walls, delivering a complete exterior building envelope solution. These projects demonstrate Rauth Roofing’s capability in executing large-scale industrial roofing and cladding systems with precision and efficiency.
Windsor International Aquatic Centre
Rauth Roofing completed the installation of a fully adhered EPDM roofing system at the Windsor Aquatic Centre, a facility designed to support high-humidity aquatic environments and year-round public use. The project utilized a Carlisle SynTec EPDM membrane system, selected for its durability, flexibility, and long-term waterproofing performance. Fully adhered assemblies provide enhanced wind uplift resistance and a smooth, secure membrane application, making them well suited for large institutional buildings. Aquatic facilities present unique roofing challenges due to elevated interior humidity levels, temperature fluctuations, and potential vapor drive from the interior environment. The roofing system was designed and installed to address these conditions, ensuring reliable moisture control and long-term membrane performance. The completed system provides the Windsor Aquatic Centre with a robust, low-maintenance roofing assembly designed to withstand the demanding environmental conditions associated with aquatic facilities while protecting critical building infrastructure.
Lancer Sport & Recreation Centre – University of Windsor
Rauth Roofing completed the roofing and exterior envelope installation for the Lancer Sport & Recreation Centre at the University of Windsor, a large multi-use athletic facility designed to accommodate varsity sports, training spaces, and recreational programming. The project featured the installation of a Soprema modified bitumen roofing system, selected for its durability, redundancy, and proven long-term performance on large institutional facilities. Given the sensitive interior spaces—including athletic courts, fitness areas, and recreational facilities—special attention was required to ensure continuous waterproofing and protection of interior contents during construction. In addition to the roofing system, Rauth Roofing installed all insulated metal panel (IMP) wall assemblies forming the building’s exterior envelope. These panels provide a highly efficient and durable cladding solution while delivering strong thermal performance and a clean architectural finish. This project highlights Rauth Roofing’s ability to deliver complete building envelope solutions on complex institutional facilities while maintaining strict quality and performance standards.
WFCU Centre – Windsor Family Credit Union Arena
Rauth Roofing completed a roof retrofit at the WFCU Centre, home to the Windsor Spitfires, upgrading the arena’s existing metal roof with a high-performance membrane system. The project utilized a Carlisle fully adhered FleeceBACK EPDM retrofit system, installed directly over the existing metal roof assembly. The fleece-backed membrane provides excellent adhesion, durability, and wind uplift resistance, making it well suited for large-span structures such as arenas and recreational facilities. The selected system also features low VOC adhesives, allowing the retrofit work to be completed while minimizing environmental impact and maintaining safe indoor air quality for the facility. This retrofit provided the arena with a long-lasting waterproofing solution while avoiding the disruption and cost associated with a full roof replacement.
